Course registration form
By filling out, signing and sending us this form you are registering for one of the Artesc courses and a spot will be reserved. This reservation becomes official once this form has been signed and received by us within two weeks via post or mail.Should a course not run due to a lack of participants, Artesc will contact you to schedule new dates.
Terms and conditions
You can access our terms and conditions via this link. Here you can find a summary of the most relevant terms and conditions.Cancellation of this course can be done free of cost up to four weeks prior to the first course day. From four weeks prior to the first course day you will be charged the entire amount. You can transfer your place to someone else.
If the undersigned is unable to attend one or two sessions, they can ask Artesc to look for options to retake those sessions at a different time and possibly a different location. This is only possible if there are enough spots to partake.
If a session is cancelled by Artesc, we will find an alternative date. If you cannot attend the alternative session, course money for that session will be refunded.
No money is charged if there are not enough participants to run the course. Artesc will make a proposal for people to register a new.
